There has always been a common agreement amongst business managers that one is either a leader or one is not. People have been very sniffy about the concept of training to become a better leader. These people will tell you that leaders are born and not trained. And whilst like in any rumour there is an element of truth there is a lot more to the issue than it would at first appear.

Whilst leaders often do need to have a certain level of natural aptitude toward leadership there are a wide number of different techniques that can be taught to anyone to improve the quality of their leadership. These techniques can be taught to anyone at any level of seniority in a business. Regardless of who you are you can learn skills that will improve your levels of leadership.

Leadership differs from management in that management deals with the day to day running of a business and how to get the most out of staff members and make an organisation efficient whereas leadership deals with having a person that can be followed and a person that can make decisions that will affect the direction of a business.

If there is only one resource which is priceless to me, it should be the service that is available to supply you almost anything that you can imagine selling on the internet. With this Tier 1 method, it is possible to earn 100 or more a month.

Module 2 is one of my favorites as it explains how to monetize digital or infoproducts. There are a few profitable strategies that you can apply in this module and if its done properly, you can get a profit of 1000 or more per month. Now, here is what I think is valuable for me from this chapter - a resource where you can dropship your digital product in the form of a CD or DVD to your customers for less than 2 a piece. I know that there are a lot of internet marketing gurus out there selling premium price for products on CD and DVD. With this resource, even you can now sell your infoproducts on CD or DVD without you have to handle all the grunt work of producing the discs.

The next Tier will be the one that can make you 10,000 or more per month. It deals with a more high-end products but the good news is that in all 4 tiers explained in the ebook, you can have lots of resources to start selling them.

Tier X is the advanced module in Module 3. This is a more involved module that might get you rich even by selling one product. The return might be in a 5 or 6 figure depending on what you sell. However, Tier X also has a different style of selling compared to the other tiers, and the authors suggest that this would be the last Tier to get involved once you learn the previous modules.

And before the end of "The Four Tier Annihilation Method" ebook, there is a section which teaches you how to also make great income through affiliate marketing. This is probably the module that lots of affiliate marketers would be happy to read. The idea is practical and it doesnt take a lot of capital to start. Among the topics in this module are "CPA Profits" and "List Building". What I like the most about this module is that the market is already there. You just have to bring the right product to offer.

In summary, "The Four Tier Annihilation Method" is definitely not a beginners guide on how to set up an account on an auction site and start selling unwanted products just to get rid of the trash from your house. This product will teach you how to successfully build wealth one step at a time by following the different categories tiers taught by the authors.

I will give "The Four Tier Annihilation Method" 4 out of 5 stars if I were to grade it. In fact, Im happy to see a product at the price of 77 that has an in-depth information such as "The Four Tier Annihilation Method".

Keep People Up-to-Date to Gain the Most Help from Stakeholders

The only thing better than having perfect self-discipline is having a responsibility to continually communicate your progress to lots of people you respect. I learned about the importance of continuing communications while directing the early days of a program designed to demonstrate how improvements could be made 20 times faster with the same time, money, and effort.

Hoping to get timely advice from executives, I asked a lot of top business leaders to join a steering community. I learned a lot from communicating with these executives and experts who were interested in the work.

The semiannual steering committee meetings provided a helpful discipline for the project in the early days. I was always thinking about how to produce something new and improved that could be shared in six months or less.

We developed a habit of making the fall meeting a little more formal than the spring one and holding it at a special location. Steering committee members were encouraged to bring spouses and children to the fall events, and there was a festive atmosphere as we pondered ways to make more progress and to share our messages.

Following the kick-off meeting, I learned my lesson about how difficult it is to create a useful meeting video. Instead of the hand-held video camera we used in 1995, the video producer would set the stage, put up lights, add microphones, do endless lighting and sound checks, and direct the action.

As a result, we have an excellent video report lasting nine minutes from the 1996 fall meeting. Why only nine minutes? People have short attention spans. The cover of the VHS box displays the four Tobi Kahn paintings from the second commission, the BYRKA series representing health, happiness, peace, and prosperity that were unveiled at the one year anniversary of the project. People could take the recordings home and play them. We could also send copies to steering committee members and clients who could not attend the session.

After two years, I found that the video production was driving the meeting rather than the other way around. Also, our producer took a job where he could no longer be available to create the videos for us, and we were never able to find an acceptable replacement. In fact, we didn't turn our last shoot into a finished video.

As had been my habit for all of our learning organizations, I also wrote reports for those who simply wanted to read about the key elements of what we had covered. What impact those reports had I'm not sure, but it made me feel more virtuous to write them.

Despite the excitement Carol Coles and I felt for the project, it was soon clear that the steering committee's interest was waning. Attendance kept dropping from progress meeting to progress meeting. An unexpected benefit came from this fall-off in interest: Our steering committee became more candid with us about what they perceived to be the limitations of the project.

Through these years, our most devoted steering committee members were Robert L. Guyett, Robert P. Kanee, Richard E. Koch, and Michael A. Sharp. We cannot thank them enough for the support, encouragement, and suggestions they provided. We also appreciate all of the help everyone who ever joined the steering committee gave us.

Peter Drucker was a tougher critic of our efforts. While our steering committee would be pleased that we were still plugging away on what they felt were the most important areas, Peter expected us to be making breakthrough progress. To him, the process for advancement was pretty clear: We needed a major company to begin using the project's insights as a laboratory to develop the model for future performance. With each visit, we reported no progress on that front. Peter was encouraging, however, by reminding us that every major company in the United States turned him down originally when he wanted to study management before General Motors finally agreed to let him in the door.

How to Make Your Downline Grow Without Fooling Anyone

Recruiting people to serve as your downline in your multi level marketing family tree can be easy. Whats difficult is making sure that you recruit members in a fair and ethical manner. Dont focus too much on gaining profit that youre willing to lie to people about their chances in surviving in a multi level marketing scheme. If you know theyre not made for it, find someone else to recruit.

The Ethical Way to Recruiting People for Your Downline

Do not recruit people who dont have a large network of contacts to start on. Even if hes willing and able to afford to pay the initial investment for joining a multi level marketing company, hell have a doubly harder time finding people to recruit and sell to.

If he insists on joining however, then by all means, let him, but just make sure that he knows exactly what hes getting into so he wont blame you afterwards if things dont go his way.

Do not recruit people who are not willing or able to invest the time needed for making their multi level marketing career prosper. Even if there are no regular hours to keep in this type of setting, that doesnt mean that their investment is like money in a bank and quietly growing interest. They cant pin all their hopes on their multi level marketing investment. These things take time no matter how great the product youre selling is or how good your people skills are.

How to Make Your Downline Start Moving

Think of yourself and your downline as one big happy family. This will foster harmony among you and make each member feel that he can count on the other when things go rough.

Be prepared and willing to act as a guide to your new recruits for their first few months at work. Make sure that they learn about the pitfalls in multi level marketing and how to avoid it accordingly.

If you have tips to share with your downline, do so, because what benefits them will ultimately benefit you as well since youre on top of the family tree. Consequently, encourage everyone to have the same attitude as well.

Give your downline regular pep talks to keep them motivated at their work. Keep them posted about everyones accomplishments so theyll know what good things they can expect when they manage the same feat as well.

Lastly, dont be selfish with your blessings. Give them incentives once in a while so that theyll know you truly appreciate the work theyre doing.

I truly believe there has never been a better and more exciting time to work from home as there presently exists. OK this sounds great, so whats the down side? Well it is still a business & you will need to treat it as one. You will need to do work on a consistent & regular basis and it is important that you treat it as going to work & not a hobby. It's a really good idea to set aside a set number of hours you would ideally and realistically like to work each day, they can be as flexible as you like, however you do need to make a habit of working. I would recommend a minimum of two hours each day.

Providing you follow the above you will succeed, the only difference being the more hours you work the quicker you will see a return on your efforts. Don't treat it like a race, it's not a race its a journey and should be enjoyed as one, when done properly it will reward you greatly with freedom, time & finance.

I have tried many things over the last 35 years & ran several small businesses, however none of them compare to my current business & the rewards that it gives me.

My only regret is that I never realized that these opportunities were out there and within the reach of an ordinary person like me from a poor background.

I believe that the best opportunities are in Internet marketing & that they are without a doubt some of the most rewarding & exciting businesses that are currently available to everyone almost without exception.

Lastly it is important that you find a business that is honest, ethical & with a sound foundation.

Entry level PPC jobs range from around 15,000 to 20,000, but with some experience in campaign management, its not unheard of for Pay Per Click Experts to earn upwards of 35,000 for their unique skills. And as the industry is still quite young, you realise that these people cannot be that much more advanced than you!

Loading Dock Lifts

Loading dock lifts are intended to reduce man-hours and improve safety where there are no loading dock facilities. A lift raises materials to the truck by means of hydraulic cylinders. Loading dock lifts are engineered for maximum safety, minimize the risk of injury, and vastly improve time to market efficiency. Each unit features easy to use controls in the form of a push button, 24V AC on a 20 foot long coil cord. The pre-wired control box includes a magnetic starter and overload fuse, and an emergency velocity fuse stops momentum in the event of a line break.

Loading dock lifts also feature high visibility, removable handrails with fixed toe boards. The checkered deck plate on each unit is made from heavy gauge steel and will last for many years. The perimeter of the platform is surrounded by beveled toe-guards and electric toe-guards to prevent slips and falls. The electric toe-guard is a patented feature that is essential to the safety of personnel. It is made from L-shaped aluminum extrusion and hangs below the entire perimeter of the deck. This is important, because if the loading dock lift is being lowered while an object, hand, or foot crosses its path, the guard will be triggered and the unit will electrically stop the table from lowering. When the object is removed, the table once again begins to move. It is not necessary to reset the unit.

Toe-guard provisions are standard OSHA and ANSI safety measures used on a variety of platforms and are also built into the loading dock lift for compliance protocol. The scissor table loading dock lift is also semi-portable, and can be operated up to 8 feet away from the 6.5 HP motor that drives it.

Manufacturers can also customize loading dock lifts with any number of options requested at the time of purchase. These options include, but are not limited, to the following:

ADDITIONAL APPROACH RAMPS

Your vendor can also fit the loading dock lift with additional approach ramps and hydraulic lines. Approach ramps can be obtained from your vendor for lowered height lifts of 8-12, depending on the size of the added ramp. Approach ramps must be anchored to the floor.

ADDITIONAL STRUCTURAL CHANNEL AND SUPPORTS FOR DECK

Ideal for heavy duty construction, this increases the rollover capacity of the loading dock lift up to 50,000 lbs., 25,000 lbs. per axle.

SAFETY ACCORDION SKIRTS

Keep people and debris from getting under the loading dock lift. We recommend customer installed skirts to avoid freight damage.

AUTOMATIC WHEEL CHOCKS

As the unit lifts, this option will block the dock end of the ramp to avoid roll off. Wheel clocks require a special pit mount.

STOP SIGNAL SIGN

As the truck approaches the loading dock lift, the sign raises to let the driver know when to stop for safe loading/unloading.

KEY LOCK OPERATION

This prevents unauthorized use of the lift by locking out the controls.

TWO SPEED PUMP

Increase lifting speed by 55 when lift is unloaded. This is ideal for unloading applications.

The Power of Having a Vision - Part One

For many years I heard that you had to start with a vision for your business or your life if you really wanted to succeed, but no one could explain to me why it was needed or how it worked from a practical or scientific standpoint.

When I was young and naive, I was skeptical and wanted empirical evidence showing me why I should invest my thoughts and time into really thinking about a vision for my life and business, and why getting absolutely clear by writing it down was imperative to my achieving success.

At the ripe young age of 21, I got into business at a very young age. For the next 26 years, I stayed on a healthy mental diet to train my brain, and followed the belief of allowing the universe to guide me and bring me whatever I needed to fulfill my visions of being financially free and living an extraordinary life.

After building four multi-million dollar businesses - one of which grosses more than $5 billion a year in sales - and having made millions of dollars for myself and others, I began to search for the answers to the question I'd had 25 years earlier - Why is having a clear and precise vision so important?

Since I wanted more for myself, I sought out the best minds, researchers, and teachers in the world to teach me how to have an abundant life in all areas.

So, what did I learn that you can apply immediately and benefit from my lessons?

Simple: without a clear and precise vision of exactly what it is you want, you'll never reach it or have it.

Now of course I will not leave you hanging without understanding why.
My research has taken me into the world of quantum physics and neuroscience for the answer to the question "why is it so important to start with a vision?"

Let's start with the world of quantum physics. First and foremost, quantum physics is the study of how the very small world, one we cannot see with our eyes, operates. Since we live in two worlds - one that we can see - and one that we cannot, it's important for us to know what these two worlds offer us. Scientifically we now know that even though we cannot see any connection, both worlds are totally interconnected at every level.

Newtonian physics helps us understand how to navigate the known physical world, and quantum physics helps us to understand the very intelligent non-physical world in which everything is connected to everything else, and from which and all known physical "things" are manifested.

What we've discovered in this new realm of quantum research is that whatever we focus on and emotionalize often, is what we will attract and actually see in the quantum field of all possibilities, or better yet, probabilities.

As weird as this may sound, this is now being proven without a shadow of a doubt. What this means is that the more clearly focused we are on exactly what we want, the easier and faster we'll manifest everything we need to make it a physical reality.

Since all material things move from the non-physical to the physical reality, our vision and goals are paramount in the process of achievement. Our vision and focus acts like a magnet that attracts and connects the pieces together.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the universe operates by natural laws, exact precision, and perfect order. Our vision, then, must also be precise and exact in our mind in order for whatever we need to be attracted and shown to us by the intelligent forces that govern all of creation. When we focus our brain on what we want, we actually increase the amplitude of the cellular vibration and cause the "attraction" factor to really take shape.

Just like a magnifying glass can focus the sun's rays and create a fire, focusing on our vision and goals keeps you in the right vibration and attraction field.

When we choose a vision or goal that is bigger than our current reality, we are in essence creating a gap or a vacuum between what we want and where we currently are. We know from natural law that nature fills a void or gap in the fastest and most efficient ways possible.

Its simple; just ask yourself, why am I creating this presentation In other words, what is its purpose Is it to sell my ideas Is it to motivate people To inform Defining a specific goal will help you create a blueprint in your mind of how to organize your presentation in order to reach your goal.

Presentation Planning Tip 2: Know your audience. Just as if you were crafting a letter to be read by a specific person, you will want to craft your presentation messages for the particular audience you are presenting to. Is it a group of your peers Are they at job levels above yours Are they customers Are they already knowledgeable about the topic you are presenting Are they in need of detailed explanations, or will broad-stroke overviews be sufficient Instead of concentrating solely on how you might benefit from what your presentation says, consider what your audience wants.

Presentation Planning Tip 3: Collect as much information as possible. Even if you are not planning on an intricately detailed presentation, you will still need plenty of background about the topic you are presenting. Gather whatever you think is applicable, then sort it out. Remember though that you do not want to overwhelm your audience with too much information because you may run the risk of confusing them. On the other hand, too little information may not do an adequate job of supporting the intentions of your presentation.

Presentation Planning Tip 4: Build structure into your presentation. Much like a good book or movie, your presentation should have a logical beginning, middle and end...with a flow that makes sense instead of jumping around all over the place. The last thing you want is for your audience to get lost and not be able to keep up with your train of thought as the presentation moves along.

Presentation Planning Tip 5: Practice, practice, practice. Make certain that you are thoroughly familiar with the material you will be presenting before you present it. Practice delivering the presentation out loud. Concentrate on such things as the need to make eye contact and avoid the temptation to bury your head in your notes. Also rehearse the projection of your voice, speaking clearly in relaxed, conversational tones.
