Interested in making some extra money from your own home?Well, one excellent way to bring in some extra money is by taking paid surveys.Yes, you can actually get paid for your opinion. There are quite a few companies out there today that are willing to pay for good information from surveys.

You'll find that there are many opportunities on the internet to take surveys for money. However, you do need to realize that this is not a way to get rich quickly. You'll spend some time on the surveys in order to get paid.

If you are going to try to make money taking surveys, you'll no doubt want to make sure that you go with the best paying sites available. So, if you are in search of the well paying survey sites, here are some tips to help you find the best paying sites available.

Check Out Forums

If you want to find sites that offer great pay for the surveys you take, one of the best things you can do is to check out survey forums.

These are forums where people from all across the world discuss various aspects of filling out surveys for money.People share in these forums where they find the best paying surveys.Often you will find helpful information on where you can find the sites that offer the best paying surveys so you can make some extra money.

Avoid Sites that are Poorly Designed

When you are looking for well paying survey sites, make sure that you avoid the sites that are very poorly designed.

When a site is not very well designed, it's a sign of a smaller company or one that doesn't have a large budget. The best sites that offer the best pay are going to look professional.

Usually a site that has a poor design is a clue that it may be a scam site. So, do yourself a favor by avoiding these sites altogether in your search for great paying survey sites.

Free vs.Paid Sites

There are both free and paid sites available.

So, how do you know which sites are going to offer the best pay?Well, there are really pros and cons to both types of sites.Free sites are attractive because you don't have to pay a membership fee.

Often you can make some money at the free sites; however, the highest paying surveys are usually not at these sites.Usually paid sites do offer the better paying surveys. Some charge large fees, so you have to figure out whether the amount you get paid is worth it compared to the fees that you have to pay.

Make Sure You Get Money, Not Prize Draws

When looking into great paying survey sites, you will want to make sure that you get paid real money for the surveys that you take, not prize draws.

Some sites advertise that you can make money by taking surveys, but in reality they only offer prize draws for money when you take a survey.Your chances of winning the prize draw are slim. You're better off to go with sites that actually pay money.

Online paid surveys are great fun and generally easy to do.It's an easy way to get some extra spending money, provided you do your research before starting and register with the survey sites that offer the best prize rewards.

B2B Email Blasts That Survive the "Report As Spam" Button

Whether you are a long time email marketer or a small business that is just starting to develop online presence, business to business (B2B) marketers are using email blasts more than ever before. If your business operates online or offline, some of the most effective marketing is Internet driven. Are you considering an email marketing campaign? It is important to be aware of the provisions you must follow. As spam guidelines tighten, you can develop a methodical email blast program that follows future trends.

An email blast is another term for email marketing that refers to sending a mass electronic mailer to a large list of recipients all at once. This list can be developed by from your current customer base, future prospects, or by purchasing a list from a marketing company that has been targeting businesses that are interested in your business.Be wary of people selling email lists that have a price that seems too good to be true. The truth of the matter is this may hurt you more than help you, as you find yourself ending up on spam lists everywhere.

Five years ago, the CAN SPAM Act was signed on December 16, 2003.It was the first standard set for commercial email traffic.By 2005, Congress reported a 35-40% decrease in email spam.Spam fines can be as high as $11,000 per offense.Staying off that list is a priority, and most businesses are able to do this with no problem.By 2008, anti-spam technologists believe that spam can effect 80-90% of email traffic.

The 'Report as Spam' button makes it highly relevant to send messages based on recipients preferences and behaviors. To have a highly effective email blast, know who you are targeting, the frequency that works, and monitor and test your frequency if needed. If you don't get on it quick, the target may have already purchased or lost interest.Frequency is a fine balance.Too much or too little is different for every business, and keeping the right balance is the difference between an opt-in or opt-out.If you aren't sure what the right balance is, test it gradually and watch for unsubscribes and complaints.

Many savvy business owners are looking for a marketing company to send out email blasts to an opt-in list.Make sure the list is cleaned regularly for undeliverables and won't trigger spam.Email blasts are already some of the most cost effective forms of marketing with the highest return on your dollars spent.Looking into a company that has a well-researched and trusted email blast will cost even less and be more effective. These companies will target certain professional niches like dental, hospitality, pizza, fire and police, first responders, and veterinarians. They are well established opt-in lists that have high rates of opening and clicking.

During a recession in which spending budgets are cut back as much as 8% overall, businesses make the mistake of cutting back their marketing budget first. There is a better way to do this.Try finding methods that are cost effective and proven to work better.Whatever you do, do not stop marketing. You will find that your presence will be noticed now more than ever.

How to Incorporate in Nevada!

A mistake that people often make before forming their business entities is assuming that they must incorporate in the state with which they reside. There's nothing further from the truth. In fact, many people choose to incorporate their businesses in other states to gain more benefits, more protection, vs.'keeping it simple' by incorporating in their home state.

Why incorporate in Nevada? Here's the main advantage:

It's extremely difficult for anyone to pierce your "Corporate Veil.

" Your personal assets would experience less exposure in a corporate lawsuit. This is especially important in today's litigious society that is only going to get worse in today's tight credit markets.

First, what exactly does "piercing the corporate veil" mean? When you form a corporation you must follow certain corporate formalities. If your corporation does not comply with all relevant corporate rules and regulations, keep accurate records of meetings by minutes, or if the corporation commingles funds, your board of directors, officers and shareholders could be held personally liable in the event of a lawsuit."Piercing the corporate veil" refers to having personal assets exposed in a corporate lawsuit.
How does Nevada feel about this?Nevada has a tough attitude about piercing the corporate veil, which is why major corporations domicile in Nevada.Essentially, Nevada says that unless they can prove fraud, your corporate veil will not be pierced! That provides an awesome degree of protection for your personal assets.

Hire a planner with experience.Don't rely on word-of-mouth advice to get you through the process.Because many people make mistakes with the paperwork and fees, you'll want to hire someone with experience who will not only walk you through the process but also walk with you.Find a company that has been in business for over 10 years, has nationally-known professionals that endorse the company on their web site, that have date testimonials, ideally video and audio also plus under the 'about us' section on their web site, there is information about the 'face' behind the company.

Once you've hired someone to help you form your corporation, you'll need to have the following information:

1.

The type of entity. There are at least 6 choices and your problem is you have an 83% chance of picking the wrong entity!

2.Your Company Name.Do a little research ahead of time to ensure that your company name is not used by another corporation.Otherwise, your company name will have to be modified to distinguish itself from other businesses, causing delays.

3.The name of the manager of the LLC or director of the corporation. This is typically required to file the article of organization or incorporation.Keep in mind, an LLC may be managed by managers or by members.Make sure who you work with understands the difference and what is best for you. Most do this improperly.

4.The address of the manager or director. This may seem simple but there are nexus (business presence) issues with this decision that should not be taken lightly.

5.Obtaining the EIN number.Who will sign the SS4 application and provide their SSN.

6.Type of Business. Are you going to operate a retail establishment, a service company, or another type of business? You'll have to list the business type when you file your papers.

7.List of Officers and Their Addresses: President, Vice President (optional), Secretary, and Treasurer.(Note: One person may assume all of these offices within the corporation.) The good news about Nevada corporations is that officers don't have to live in Nevada or be U.S.citizens.This provides greater flexibility when forming a corporation.

8.The steps to foreign register (qualify) to do business in your state of operations. That means more than likely the bank account, business license and office location will be the state where you conduct business even if you incorporate in Nevada.

Knowing how to incorporate in Nevada will prevent speed bumps that cause delays.Don't gamble with your livelihood. If you want to get your business off to a running start, avoid the common filing mistakes so you can focus on building a lucrative, profit-making company.
