Why Some People Fail in Business While Others Win

Do you know the difference between Michael Jordan and Tiger Woods Most likely, yes you know it. They are two individuals who have achieved maximum achievement in their careers. What for them was art, for others was just a game. It has come to my attention many times around that in online marketing; the same top level achievements have indeed been accomplished for many us in the marketing field.

The differences are astonishing. While others think and believe about a game just being a game, a business being taken as a hobby and not seriously, there are others who take their game as an art and their business as a fun and exciting game. Whether it is considered a sport or a business, those who really love what they do and found self-motivation have enough consistency to reward themselves later on in their careers.

5 Tips For Small Business Consulting: Franchise Marketing Made Easy

If you are an internal or external small business consultant for a franchise organization, you are constantly looking for ways to help your clients improve their marketing efforts in order to increase revenues.

The value of marketing efforts for franchises should be measured by both their cost-effectiveness and their results in terms of increased sales for the organization. Improved cost-effectiveness can be achieved by implementing better marketing systems. Such systems need to be designed to minimize the time required by the corporate office to oversee the management of local franchisee marketing campaigns, while at the same time they need to contribute towards an increase in the corporate offices visibility into the campaigns and towards increased brand consistency across the organization.

Here are 5 tips for small business consulting franchise marketing made easy:

Tip 1: Unify your brand image across all franchise locations by using consistent collateral:

Fast-growing franchise organizations often find themselves quickly outgoing their own marketing systems that worked so well during the early stages of growth. The modus operandi for marketing within a franchise organization must necessarily change when the organization goes from 10 locations to 50 or more, but unfortunately many organizations fail to keep pace with their own growth. One of the riskiest consequences of this type of rapid growth is the loss of control over the organizations brand image due to individual franchisees taking on the task of managing their own campaigns using inconsistent marketing collateral. Therefore, it is important to advise your client to find ways to unify the companys brand image across the entire organization.

Tip 2: Put the power of ordering direct mail and promotional goods directly into the hands of franchisees:

By letting individual franchisees control their own, independent direct mail campaigns, you give them the power to mail to whom they want, when they want. However, at the same time by doing so you may be giving up the economies of scale associated with centralizing your direct mail and promotional goods sourcing. The best bet for your clients growing business, then, is for them to continue to empower their franchisees to remain in control of their own direct campaigns, but at the same time you need to help your client find to streamline the fulfillment of direct mail through a single source.

Tip 3: Contract directly with vendors at the corporate level in order to leverage volume buying opportunities:

By advising your client to contract directly with vendors who will fulfill promotional goods and print-related orders, you are helping your client to lower operational costs by giving them the ability to leverage volume buying opportunities.

Tip 4: Centralize mailing list generation for maximum quality control:

Many individual franchisees have very specific ideas about how and to whom they want to mail coupons and other offers. And, by all rights, they should retain control of this process. At the same time, franchisees tend to have varying degrees of aptitude for list management. And, often mailing list data that is locally sourced is of poor quality, full of errors and outdated. By centralizing the generation of mailing lists but at the same time allowing franchisees to choose their list quantities and demographic selects, your clients organization will enjoy better ease of list generation and higher response rates.

Tip 5: Automate the entire ordering process to minimize the delays and errors associated with human interaction:

Finally, your client will also benefit from setting up an Internet-mediated, automated system that enables franchisees to execute customized direct mail and promotional goods campaigns the features only corporate-approved collateral. Such a centralized system gives your clients corporate office full control and visibility into the ordering habits of individual franchisees, but it also safely leaves the decision-making authority about the specifics of each local campaign in the hands of franchisees.

When conducting small business consulting for franchise organizations in the area of marketing, it is important to advise your clients on how to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of organization-wide marketing. At the same time, your recommendations should find ways to empower franchisees at the local level to run their marketing campaigns on their own terms.

Common Business Card Mistakes - From a Dental Marketing Consultant

Business cards, it seems, are neglected, abused, given little if any thought when designed, and are grossly misunderstood when it comes to their real intended use.

A business card, as it turns out, is nothing more than an abbreviated ad and a way for people preferably those that want to spend money with you to contact you.

However, what approximately 99 of everyone who has a business card misses is this: the advertisement part Few people take advantage of the business and use it to generate business.

I will try to walk you through the dos and donts of creating a business card.

Lets start with the headline. Yes, your business card should have a headline. How else is someone going to know whether or not they should keep the card or even call you

You have to give people a compelling reason WHY they should take action. A headlines job is to get attention. Then, get the reader to read on... to learn more.

Next, dont make the important information so small that its impossible to read without one of those old biology class microscopes. Fill up the card. White space has never enticed anyone to do anything. In other words, white space in any ad, or on any business card, is space that costs you money, but fails to generate any revenue.

If you have a website, include it in your contact information. However, by adding this to your card, you are implying that this is a valid way to get what you have to offer. Make sure that your website is always functional and up-to-date. If your prices change, be sure to update this information on your website. Equally important is the services that you provide. Make sure that your website informs people about what you can do. And, if your abilities change grow, make sure your website reflects those changes.

Pairing with the website, a personal email address is also a great addition. A lot of people feel like they can get more information through email, and it seems less threatening. However, I must reiterate the "personal" part of this. Dont put infoyourcompany. This makes people feel like their email will probably go off to some outsourced respondent in India. No, put YOUR email address - YOUyourcompany.

Next important tip: Use both sides Paper is expensive; ink is cheap. Were going back to the white space-factor. For many potential customers, that 2.5X3" piece of cardstock is the only thing they might see of yours. Make it count.

AND, include an guarantee or an offer... Or, both Give them an additional reason to keep your card and take action.

Lastly, provide a small, simple map. This is especially important if you work with a lot of people that are new to your area. Try to give them a general sense of where they can find you.

So, lets re-cap.

1. Headline - WHY should I even keep this thing
2. Easily read your contact information.
3. Website and email included but, only if this is a true resource you can offer.
4. Use both sides of the business card.
5. Offer something to entice them to want to work with you.
6. Map.

If you already have a business card, rethink your design and the use of your card. Make sure that it serves as, not only a resource for your contact information, but also as an advertisement.

If you have not yet put your business card together, or if someone else is creating your card for you, be sure to evaluate all of these key pieces that every professionals business card should include. Make it work for you.

Subversion Is Not A Dirty Word

Subversion is a topic that can mean many things, but basically has a simple definition. To subvert is to cause to undermine, to cause the downfall of or to overthrow something. To subvert is to basically cause some kind of anarchy, or in the eyes of some, bring on an uprising. It depends on your point of view. In the world of computing, subversion refers to open source software, a revolution by some peoples standards and bloody minded anarchy from another point of view.

Open source software started off life as something known as free software, this term was intended to express the software in terms of freedom. Free like a bird, not free like a buy one packet of biscuits and get one free packet offer. Unfortunately this was not how it was viewed. Plenty of computer software was around that cost no money, and so a free software movement has connotations of belonging to that group. The Subversion movement was not trying to overthrow a commercial industry by putting a money-free spanner in the works, it was aiming to do something that not even the anarchistic gratis software was offering. Freedom of movement; freedom of distribution; freedom of modification; even if not free from cost.

The biggest gripe that computer software users have with the standard versions of software available is that it is closed to modification. Some programmes by certain industry big boys do not work with certain operating platforms, or will not speak to other programmes that are run on a users system. There are also the distribution issues. Computer software can cost a small fortune, and once installed on a computer, cannot be used on another machine. This is fine to some extent to prevent a sale of one disk becoming the only copy used by a whole town; but if you have a large household it is a pain.

Nowadays there is more or less a computer for every member of the household and with wireless access, all computers can be running online at the same time and so frequently are. To buy a copy of some of the most prominent brands of software for each computer is a costly business.

The idea of open source software is to enable modifications be made to a programme to render the product more compatible. Or if a user sees that an improvement can be made to enhance the functionality of the product overall, then these changes can be implemented and distributed. This is not meant to be a venture that undermines the commercial viability of software manufacturers, although the availability of such programmes is said to have reduced revenue by around 60 billion US Dollars a year. It is a point of view that if these companies that have been affected had not tried to monopolise the market in the first place and over charge for such product by embracing software freedom then subversion would not have such a large affect in their market.

Subversion is about allowing a freedom for users and potential improvement of prigramnmes they wish to develop and use. The folks against it claim that open source has a greater risk of security breaches due to flaws, and that there is no incentive to patch a programme. The advocates fight back saying that although the flaw rate is higher, the discoveries are far quicker as generally, it is known what the flaw is. In closed source, it is claimed that the problems are not usually noticed as they arise. And finally, open source users have a far quicker turn around on patches, because these glitches are found more easily and the users have access to the code to rectify the problems they find.

2nd Spiderweb: Can You Believe a Broken Wrist Saved My Business

Since I started to establish an internet business less than 12 months ago, Ive tried to keep up a flow of articles which focus on the realities of internet marketing, particularly for new recruits like me.

Sadly, some 3 months ago, I fell down a flight of stairs and amongst other things, I broke my wrist. It was entirely my own fault, but it sure has made it difficult to write. My infant business had to be placed on life support.

But, believe it or not, the accident has turned out to be a godsend. Since I couldnt do anything for the first couple of months, I was forced instead to THINK. Particularly think about my business or, lack thereof and try to figure out what I was doing wrong.

I realized, I didnt really have a handle on my own business. I was everywhere, trying new things and taking on more programs and systems than it was humanly possible for me to work with. Some of them I didnt even fully understand.

Even today, somewhere, in the depth of my hard drive is a folder with dozens of programs, some of them still in the Zip files. I was going to study them ....one day. Now, it embarrasses me to think of it and itll be awhile before I muster the courage to find that folder.

About a month ago, I finally felt well enough to return to the internet for a little while each day. It was mostly to read and to practice my one finger typing. What really excited me was that a fundamental change had occurred in my thinking.

I started looking for a program, and yes, I said a program, just one, which could fulfil the criteria I had formulated while I was off the computer. It worked like this; it had to be easy to understand and it had to make sense to anyone. Even to those not involved on the internet.

The program had to have more than one source of income, I wanted it to be flexible and I wanted it to have a comprehensive training program for setting up and operating the system. I did not want it to be subscription based, and finally, I wanted it to be cheap. I wanted a system I would be proud to recommend to anyone, including my own family.

Are you thinking; She is expects way too much and shes unrealistic Maybe, but you see, I had the time to look, I could work the mouse, and I could be very picky because I wasnt in a position to do much else anyway. So I researched and kept looking, until I unexpectedly found something which was so good, I simply couldnt afford to pass it up.

So right there, at that moment, I decided that typing with one finger really wasnt such a big deal.

You probably wonder if this program/system, can match my criteria. Frankly, it doesnt, it exceeds it. The program is free and this is not one of those occasions where you sign up for free and then they tell you what you need to pay to make it really work. In this case, free actually means just that FREE.

The system is extremely flexible, yet it combines 22 individual, passive streams of income, all of them resourced from large reputable companies. It also comes with the best comprehensive training program I have ever seen.

The program is still in beta, so there are occasional bugs in the system, but experience has taught me that beta is a good thing. Its a chance for a regular person like me to get to promote a product before the Gurus get in there and suck the life out of it.

One of the 22 streams of income is a bank. The bank is brand new to the internet and to promote their presence on the net, they pay 100, for each and every sign up, to both the seller and the buyer. I cant think what could be better than that.

I have wondered many times, why has this kind of system never been done before But all Ill say is, unless you have two broken wrists, or are making way too much money already, this is something you truly cannot afford to miss.

7 Steps to 7K In 7 Days

Real estate wholesaling is a great way to make cash quickly and easily. In fact, virtual wholesaling, allows you to use the power of the internet to generate quick cash in as little as seven days.

Following, we will give you a step by step breakdown, on how you can make 7,000 in 7 days.

Step 1: Find a deal online and put under contract or option. You can find deals in many locations, including Ebay. You can also do a search for "investment properties" or "rehab properties". Those are great search terms. Some other specific websites that you can visit are hud, southernreo, ocwen, lendersreo, countrywide and propertydisposal. Ideally, you should be able to find pictures, price, contact and other pertinent information on the website. Remember, you are doing this virtually, so you should not have to leave your home.

The seller should have their contact information listed with the property. Give them a quick call, send them an e-mail or both, to do what you can to lock the property down. One of the virtues of wholesaling properties virtually, is that the deals DO NOT have to be in your hometown. If they are, that is fine, but you are not confined to any geographic location. You can literally search across the states, until you find the deal for you.

Step 2: Assess the deal. Basically, you want to make sure that the numbers make sense and that this is really a good deal. To do this, you want to compare recent sales in the area, with the deal that you are looking at. Be sure to take into account any repairs if any that need to be completed. You also want to compare deals that are the same construction and configuration. For example, if your deal is a three bedroom brick house with 2 baths, it would be a good idea to compare those types of sales. There are two online resources that you can use to make these comparisions and assess your deal. They are virtualinvestorcomps and zillow.

Step 3: Create your flyer or other marketing materials. There are key bits of information that you want to include. They are: a picture of the house, your sales price, the cost of repairs, and the ARV After Repair Value. You can probably use the same picture that you found when you located the deal on-line. It is also a good idea to put information about any other extras that the house may have. For instance, you can list hardwood floors, ceiling fans, appliances or anything else that makes the deal stand out.

Be creative and include the type of information that you would want to see if you were looking to buy the property. Be sure to include your contact information, so that prospective buyers know how to get in touch with you.

Step 4: Post the property. This will allow other investors to know about the deal that you have. Two good websites for this are craigslist and backpage. If you already have an e-mail list of buyers, you should send the deal out to your list right away. You can also do another on-line search to see where you can post your deal.

Step 5: Now is the time for you to communicate with your buyers. Respond to any e-mails questions or phone calls that you received. When you find a buyer who is willing to pay your price, put the property under contract. Ideally, you should e-mail them the contract and have them fax you the signed copy. You can always have them mail the original.

Step 6: Cash is king. This is something that you must never, ever, forget. Whenever possible, you want a buyer who can pay cash. You want to tell your seller that you can close with cash. This will help you get more offers accepted quickly, and at a lower price. Of course, if you say that, you have to be able to close with cash. So you always want to have cash buyers. This is not as hard as it may initially sound, and it makes everything flow much more smoothly. So, step 6 is to coordinate a cash closing.

Step 7: Close Most likely, your closing can be done virtually as well. Check on-line for closing attorneys and/or title agents that will do this for you. If you cannot locate one, choose one who will e-mail documents to you, your seller and your buyer. Once you all send in the originals, you will get paid

And thats it. This is your step by step guideline on how you can make 7K in 7 days using the power of virtual wholesaling.

Good luck and God bless

Going Global: Is it Right For Your Small Business

Have you been feeling the itch to send your small business global Many are in your shoes--seeing the benefits of business expansion but also fearing the risk of taking products abroad. Although exporting your products may expand your business and bring higher sales, the task may seem daunting to a small business with fewer resources than a large company. But if you take your time and research the process, going global with your company may garner more rewards than costs.

To begin the international business process, look at potential foreign markets for your business. The U.S. Department of Commerce website can aid your investigation by giving information about foreign commerce. Look over the different markets and decide where your product would be received best. Also, think of the amount of merchandise you plan on sending to the overseas market. This number can change in the future, but you should start with an idea of whether or not you need to produce extra product or can simply internationalize a fraction of what you already are producing.

Next, test your product in the potential markets you found. Again, the U.S. government will come to your aid with opportunities to test-run your business with potential U.S. foreign partners. If you find your product is received well, start looking for ways to sell that product permanently in the overseas market.

There are generally two ways to sell in a foreign country. The first is to find a vendor in that country who would be interested in selling your product. You can create a partnership with this vendor, giving them a percentage of the profits. Doing business internationally in this manner is helpful because foreign vendors know how to market to the target culture. However, be sure to research the company thoroughly before making any lasting plans.

Another option for selling abroad is to find a broker or export management company to assist you. Both of these options would require a small commission in order to sell your product. However, such a commission is a small price to pay for the expertise found in such avenues. Also be sure to check out the legal requirements, cultural standards and appropriate pricing for the country in which you wish to sell in order to avoid future problems.

The cultural differences between your country and the foreign market you chose will make a big difference in business. For example, China is experiencing a booming economy and has become one of the top picks for exportation. It is important to note when doing business with a Chinese company that the personal relationship between yourself and the Chinese business is crucial. Showing long-term commitment in China as well as showing personal respect to your business customers and partners will bring you success. Take into account such cultural aspects before selling in any country.

Finally, find a reliable shipping company to export your products. Check the cost, time to ship and reliability of the shipper before committing. It may be helpful to ask the advice of other small businesses owners who decided to take their products abroad. Such companies will have experience with reliable shippers and may be able to refer you.

Once youve chosen a shipping company, make sure to take precautions when shipping your merchandise. First, be sure all items are packed securely as they will be changing hands multiple times in their journey to foreign lands. Second, mark all boxes clearly in your native tongue as well as that of the country to which the items are being shipped. This allows for less miscommunication during the travel. Third, insure your merchandise in order to protect it from any damage along the way.

Keep in mind when going global with your business that you should not expect immediate cash flow. It may take a few months or years to get the profit you desire. However, once you become accustomed to international business, you will find it to be truly rewarding.

Seeking Business Advice Is A Key To Business Success

If you ever get into a substantive talk with an entrepreneur who has been engaged in starting a business, they very likely will be quite forthcoming about the many difficulties and challenges that one faces when launching a new enterprise, as well as growing it to the point where it stands on its own and begins to thrive. Many of these business people will also be quick to say that a pivotal ingredient to success is receiving sage business advice about the many aspects of operating a business.

Simply stated, no one single person knows everything about what it takes and what needs to be known in order to make a business successful. Business leaders simply must rely on recommendations from mentors, consultants, partners and even experienced employees if they want to make their business competitive and to help it survive growing pains and changing market conditions. Strategically making use of outsourced services can also provide a competitive edge as well.

Certainly, there are numerous examples of businesses that have operated for years and years with a very head-strong owner who was not open to the advice of others. However, not many of these companies have enjoyed maximizing their potential or have experienced success without getting good business advice at some point along the way.

However, many such small business owners have reached situations in which they had to turn to others for business advice or simply give up on making a go of their operation altogether. Often, realizations of one's limitations come at such junctures and often people will at that point become open to the advice of others and to considering the use of managed services from outsourcing providers.

There are numerous instances when people have reached those critical points, received wise and thoughtful business counseling, took action on that advice and turned their business around completely. In that process, these business owners discovered that the combination of valuable advice and strategically outsourcing services set the stage for more growth, expansion and success than they had previously imagined possible.

One of the challenges that many business owners find to be most stressful and challenging is finding sources of capital to fund periods of growth or to support plans for expansion. There are many consultants who specialize in this area of managed services and which can provide a great deal of valuable advice and guidance for strategic sourcing of funding.

Of course, when seeking out advice about business it is important to have a high degree of trust in the people that play an advisory role and it is also important to have confidence in their background, experience, expertise, ethics and motivations as well. While it is important not to ignore good advice, at the same time following ill-advised courses can lead to an even faster decline in the prosperity of a business that is already showing signs of being troubled.

One place that many small business owners turn to for trusted business advice, in virtually all aspects of running a business, is the Small Business Administration. There are many retired executives and business owners who volunteer their time to help businesses to become successful and to utilize all of the resources, both in-house and outsourced, which are available to them. These training and consultation services are available to U.S. businesses at no cost.

Ranking Your Store High In Search Engines- Explained

One of the options a wholesale video games seller should know and even understand to great degrees is how to rank high on the search engines today. Since wholesale distributors are rarely seen or will ever be seen on the search queries of the likes of Google, Yahoo and MSN because of their continuous business - anyone as a middleman has the advantage to sell.

Reason being sources with continuous flows of business do not need to invest time for ranking high on the search engines. So much distributors, suppliers and wholesalers keep a low visible profile on the Internet and their customers do their business. Here is when you can come in if you offer wholesale or retail in your own shop locally and want to be live on the net.

The majority of the Internet stores have major problems when it comes to ranking high on the search engines. The primary problems being the software scripts used for structuring their different products in their website. This main issue of never having any kind of visibility when many of us started was with the use of frames.

When it comes to your wholesale video games business and getting your wholesale distributors acquired merchandise, whether on a net 30 contract, drop-shipping, buying in bulk or basically just re-selling - the modification of frames is empirical. Frames being as numerous amounts of coding that are virtually outdated when it comes modern search engine optimization marketing and unnecessary amount of coding in the particular software script you chosen to market your company, your brand.

These technical issues are vastly hated for a marketer but it is one needed to be understood by you as you are the potential owner of a virtual mall or, already have one online store stock in position number two million of the search results in Google, Yahoo and MSN. Since the major targets usually are the top three search engines mentioned earlier, let us dive in on where the problem hides.

The traditional Internet store has three kinds of evil frames, evil being personal opinion. Know about the fattest and most deadly frame in your title. When it comes to search engine reading your store, the chance is there is not going to be much to read other then link names and a title here and there. Having a big long rectangle covering your website title Search engine in most events only see the amount of codes that divides the title all around with the codes.

They are going to see codes and penalize you for it. The next popular one that affected many of us when we started was the navigational frame. Navigational being as in, the categories in which basic scripts add the links that re-direct your customers to extensions of other products around all the pages with products of your store. Then the third most basic problem in which the store usually dies and does not gather any kind of ranking whatsoever is because of the frame in the main content window

All three have a major definition when it comes to search engine spiders crawling your website, delays of seeing your importance. Among the solution are HTML basic structured designs that you need to not only know but understand to rank highly on the search queries consistently, the combination of smart use in meta tags and numerous other important factors that bring strength to pull your authority presence on search rankings. Whether you are among the wholesale distributors or retailers offering wholesale video games or general electronics, get to find more about the solutions.

Military Planning Procedure For Your Dental Practice Marketing

With 2008 half-way over, it is time to start planning for 2009. Planning in any business is an essential function that all too many times gets overlooked. Lack of planning leads to playing defense for a whole year and being reactive, not proactive in your success.

Think about it this way: When you go into a dental procedure, you have all your tools laid out on the tray ready to go. Why not start the year with all your marketing tools laid out ready to go, and knowing exactly when you want and need to use them

In my four years as an active duty Marine, I learned time and time again that planning would lead to success. We even had a saying "proper prior planning prevents poor performance," and we were given an acronym, B.A.M.C.I.S., to help plan missions...

B.A.M.C.I.S. pronounced bam-sis has to do with leading Marines on the battlefield and is used to plan for every mission. B.A.M.C.I.S. stands for Begin the planning, Arrange for reconnaissance, Make reconnaissance, Complete the plan, Issue the order, and Supervise. These simple six steps apply to any task or operation you will take on...

Before you start the B.A.M.C.I.S. process, you will need a mission. For the sake of example, your goal or mission is to increase gross revenue by 10 in 2009. Its a little vague, but it will work for our purposes. Now, lets go step by step through the B.A.M.C.I.S. process...

1. Begin the planning: The first step is actually beginning the planning duh. You will approach your goal, and figure out the methods to best accomplish it. In this case, to increase your gross revenues by 10, you can either find new patients, or, you can do more dentistry on your current patients, or a combination of both...

Also, you need to do is take a quick inventory of your available resources like staff, equipment, and old marketing brochures, business cards, etc. This will let you know what you can include in your plan, and will help in the next step...

2. Arrange For Reconnaissance: In the second step you arrange for your information gathering. In the Marines, this may include requesting maps, video surveillance, or even planning another mission to gather information on the terrain and enemy positions...

For your practice, it means taking an information inventory. Do you have production reports and patient reports by month for 2007 and 2008 to date Where do you find marketing results What do you need to do to get those reports Gather as much information on the last 12 months as possible, and then move on to the next step. Check also with local government, competitors, and local media to see what events are coming Wal-mart, parades, dentist down the street retiring...

3. Make Reconnaissance: Now that you have all of your information, you have to sort through it. Figure out your worst month and your best month, what marketing was out those months, and how many new patients resulted from the marketing. What is coming up this next year anniversaries, trade shows, community events This is an information finding step, not a planning step. If there are months where incomplete data was kept, recreate those months in this step...

Create your 2007-08 report with all the numbers you need for 2009. Include production by month, new patient flow, cancelled appointments, average production per patient, new and current, and completed treatment plans. These numbers will all be great when it comes to the next step. Many times your practice management software can pull these numbers just by clicking the mouse a few times...

4. Complete the Plan: Now, apply all of the information you have gathered and create your plan. Take your monthly reports and use them to figure out when to up your marketing. If you know July is slow, pump up the marketing in June. If there is a big anniversary for your practice in the summer, plan a patient event...

Hint: Use reverse planning. If you need patients calling by August 1st, subtract 3 days for mailing, 5 days for fulfillment, and 5 days for printing. If you want calls in your office on August 1st, you need to have the project to the printer by July 14th at the latest. Plan all marketing projects like this. If you need patients on August 1st, July 30th is not the time to start the project...

Dont forget a contingency plan for emergencies... flood, fire, theft, etc. These things happen, and it helps if there is a plan just in case they do...

5. Issue The Order: Have a meeting and lay out your plan to your team. This serves as an "order" for them, to let them know exactly who, what, when, where, and why you are doing this. Make sure to leave out no details. If Jane at the front desk needs to be in charge of postage purchasing, tell her how many stamps you need and when to get them. Lay out the year for them, so there will be no surprises when you announce the need to sign Thanksgiving cards for your patients...

Then, in your daily/weekly huddles, you can lay out what needs to happen that week/day. Who needs to call the marketing company Who is working on the copy for the newsletter, and deadlines for each project This goes back to reverse planning. Give yourself and your team notice of any problems, and what you need to do to get them handled. How do you know when there are problems Check the next step...

Supervise: I cannot stress this enough. Supervising is the most important step to your planning since the plan is useless without implementation. This does not mean just supervising people, but also processes, situations, and external vendors. This allows you to know if things are going according to the plan, as well as when to take action steps to fix a problem. Look over your weekly plan and make sure things are on time, what needs to be ready for next week, and who is in charge of doing what. Do not micro-manage this step. Trust your staff and external vendors to get things done they should be trustworthy, you hired them...

If there is a problem, use another military acronym, OODA Observe, Orient, Decide, and Act. As you supervise or observe the implementation of your plan, you will notice problems here and there. Orient yourself to these problems. What needs to be adjusted or changed Make a swift, firm decision, keeping the mission in mind, and acting on that decision. The Marine saying is, the quicker you act, the less time the opposition has to prepare defense...

If you supervise correctly, you will catch all problems early. This makes them easier to solve, and makes certain they have less effect on your mission. Rather than walls, they appear more as speed bumps. There are few problems that prior planning could not resolve...

Planning can and will help your practice run smoother. It is often ignored in business today, and comes to haunt many business owners. If you lay out a proper plan using the information you have gathered over the last year, you will surely create a smoother running practice. Remember, proper prior planning prevents poor performance.

Textile Lasers

With the passage of time, the field of textile and its machinery has enhance a lot in many regions of the world. One of the important and most required equipment in textile industry is a textile laser. Textile lasers are used for last more than 30 years. Many companies are meant for making the textile lasers. The textile lasers are very useful for the people who earn from this industry.

Textile lasers are basically meant to increase output by pouring less input that is getting more profit by inserting les productive amounts. In past machinery itself took its complete expense and the output wasnt that satisfactory but from the time the textile lasers are invented it has brought new life to the earners and the industry of course by taking less time in performance and yielding better results as compared to its past. The textile lasers are worth than other machine, it is all about how to use it, and one can train its operator with the skills like combination of embroidery and screen printing, heat transfers, and embossing making the substrate the most perfectly done each time. Textile lasers do well randomly like in the screen-printing, the red bright lasers make the positioning more focused on the garment and panels not only this it also indicates the seams, pockets, plackets, and collars before printing. Thus the textile lasers produce a better situation when the operators works on the dark garment printing and the masks applied on it does not give clear appearance as used earlier times. Textile lasers work for a multiple embellishments and other substrates and this is the part of textile laser. The job done manually could be performed in less sophistication, many of the operator at first used to scratch their heads as they had assignments like printing and repositioning of the substrate to do in fixed time, this makes the results bogus and they are handed back with the same assignment thus causing the productivity loss. Textile lasers here save the time; it is it that has made life of the operator easier to tackle couple of assignments at a time with the use of textile laser.

The textile lasers usage made the replacing of the design or rearrangement in the existing pattern easier and convenient thus saving money, the textile lasers make the half of the capital investment and it saves the time and money both. The use of textile laser shortens the wastage, the lasers that are fixed on the machine, performs well and the set-up winds up the work in just couple of time and doesnt lengthen it much. With the textile lasers in use the machines are simplified and this reduces the operators complex working performance. Textile lasers are best used for the money and time saving, it of course than increases the productivity and benefits at the end of the day by chopping off the setup time. This performance is maintained by the accuracy in its working, the error free working directly promotes time saving. The textile lasers are friendly users; less skilled workers can easily tackle it with its simple eye measurement and guesswork. The textile lasers by some companies is built easier for the less skilled operators so that it takes less time to teach a new operator of it. Almost all textile companies favors its usage, it has solved a bundle of problems that an owner faced before its hiring. Textile lasers have been nowadays replaced by all old machinery. No doubt it is a good replacement of man labor. The textile lasers have few equipments of its own that are provided free with the laser. The screwdriver used to adjust the brightness levels is placed at the back of it and is provided with the textile laser. There are five different projected patterns you can select of your choice. The most famous is the 10 crosshair, than comes the standard Dot pattern with the visibility of up to 21 feet, line with the center dot and the cross of 2. These are innovated according to the utility at different stages.

The textile lasers have been helpful for the operator and the garment and it such a device that gives more than it takes.
