Tags And Google Analytics - What Tags And Numbers Are Important?

On my website each page should have targeted keywords in its source area. What keywords should be in the source area for blogs? The subject matter in my blog is not as targeted as my squeeze page and website.

Answer: First of all, I don't have a lot of keywords on a lot of my pages. Why?It is more important for me to get links pointing to my pages from websites that have the keywords.98% of the time you should focus on the links coming into your site.

The other 2% of the time you should deal with tags.Your title tags are the most important thing on your site.Your title tag should have no more than 83 characters in it to get you high up in the search engines.Next, your H1 and H2 tags are important and should have keywords in them. Then worry about your keyword tags.

I'm not a big blogger in the sense that you are talking about. From a squeeze page and webpage perspective the first thing I do is I usually run Google AdWords to my squeeze page.I can look at what keywords are giving the best click through rate. This click through rate lets me know which ads in my Google AdWords campaign people are clicking on the most when they are sent to my squeeze page.I optimize my site based on the click through rate.

Then people start subscribing to my list.I look at what keywords people are using to opt in to my squeeze page. Then I use those keywords to optimize my squeeze page.

After they opt in I send them to a place where they can buy. Then I optimize the site for buyers. So I get the buyer keyword information last.

I even optimize my articles with those keywords.Look in your Google AdWords campaign and find out what keywords people are clicking on.Look at your control panel to find your stats to find out what keywords to focus on.

Question #2: What are the most important things to look for in Google Analytics?

Answer: It depends on what you are tracking. When you login to Google Analytics go to "View Reports" for a specific site.I look at how many average visitors I had, my bounce rate, how many page views I had, and the number of new visits I had, and where my biggest traffic source is.

On one of my sites I'm consistently getting 650-715 per day, but then it dropped down to 293 one day and then jumped back up to its average of 650-715.This drop happened on a Sunday. This number makes me want to investigate what is going on.

I want to analyze the top traffic sources.Looking at the numbers of where my traffic comes from I had the following: 84% came directly from Google, 7.8% came from this site, etc.

I also look at what keywords people use to find my website. There are many numbers you can analyze and get ideas from.It gives you an idea of what is going on with your sites.

I actually use HyperTracker more often than Google Analytics. Here are the numbers I look at.I'm looking more from an email marketing perspective. So I want to know the total number of clicks, impressions, open rate, clicking on links in the emails, going to the page and actually buying, and the conversion rate on the opt-in page.I also look at how many people actually buy after the opt-in page.I look at the value-per-visitor as well.

I send out emails through HyperTracker to get this information.I also find this information in Google AdWords.

Big Time Jobs For Small Time Pay

Millions of people around the world have these supposed "important jobs" and they are supposed "important workers" for these companies but yet they get paid less money per capita than say..the mail room clerk. It's not fair and frankly it's a little unsettling!

Of course if you try to get a new job elsewhere you could be stuck hearing the "we're sorry but you are overqualified" excuse. So what are you supposed to do?Just stick where you are and never get paid for what you are really worth? No way Jose!

A career change is always scary.I get that. But if you want to earn what you are really worth, then you will have to jump with faith and hope that you make out better than what you started with and for most people they do.You really wouldn't believe all the jobs available from home or online that are quite lucrative.

There are millions of people working from home right this very second, doing what they love and getting paid a really nice paycheck. If you are one of these people that want to be like one of those people, then you should check out some of the jobs listed below that you can do from your home!

Article Writing & Submission Services - If you're a good writer, you can actually make money doing what you love to do!You can build your own business and allow people to buy articles off of you on the Internet.People buy articles for all sorts of reasons, they might have a website, company, business, service or product they want to promote.

You can buy into websites for the submission part of the business and they will allow you to submit the articles these people will be asking you to write for them. You simply write the article for the buyer, include a link back (aka back link or reciprocal link) to their website and they will actually pay you for this!

You benefit because of the money and the exposure of your name, and they benefit because they will receive traffic and back links which could potentially mean sales and profits for them.Ultimately back links done right, never expire, so these back links you get for them will be around for a really long time. These are quality back links, which is what the buyer wants!

Freelance - This is pretty simple. If you can provide a service to someone, you can sell it online.Have it be designing websites, web hosting, domain registering, article writing, SEO, SEM, etc.If you know how to do something that will benefit someone else, you can easily make money off of this simply check out forums that have Marketplaces or Service sections, and try sites like e-lance or script lance. If you're good enough and people like your service you could make this a full-time business!

CPA Programs - CPA is sometimes referred to as "Cost Per Action", which has to do with the fact that most CPA offers by advertisers are about getting something (typically new customers by making sales). You can normally place CPA codes on your site, which will let you "sell" things from your site. When individuals sign up or buy the item, you will be given a certain percentage from the initial sale.

Say you are advertising an e-book on your website and someone clicks the advert and goes to the site, they will buy the e-book for $150 and then you receive 35% of the sale, which means you made $52.50 for just that one sale! These offers add up rather nicely especially if you get in with a CPA program that has high rates.

EBay & Affiliate Storefronts -
As far as shopfronts go, I actually like Amazon merely because they offer many diverse products on the website.
For example, I have a website, so I can go to Amazon and pick out different affiliates that I know that I will be utilizing at my joke site.Affiliates that offer such things as gag gifts, funny gifts, etc.

Once I find the affiliates to use I won't only set the affiliate links, but I can also set up affiliate websites. Then, I can either "sneak" in the affiliate links onto my blog, or I can also include the actual mini stores on my blog. This is good because people can visually see what I offer on my site.

Web Design & Development - These are two practices not everyone is good at.I can market, optimize, write do a ton of other things. But when it comes to web design or development the closest thing I know is Myspace html codes!I'm not the only fool like this!Again, there are millions of people out there that either don't know how to do this, or just don't have the time. This is a great service to offer if you know how to do it

What Do I Need To Know Before Choosing A Courier Delivery Company?

There are a lot of reasons to choose a local courier delivery company over one of the larger chain or international options. You might know from experience how they treat their customers and the freight that they transport, it may have to do with pricing or it may be a matter of timing. If you don't have personal experience with a courier, there are some very important things you should know before deciding which one to ship your items with.

Reputation

Most courier delivery companies survive on this part of the equation.

Unparalleled customer service, faithfully on time deliveries and the utmost care with handling the materials that you ship is what stands many courier services apart from and above the larger nationally recognized shipping services.

Before choosing a courier, you'll want to know their percentage of on time deliveries and their percentage of parcels that get damaged during the shipping process. If the percentage of on time deliveries isn't extremely close to one hundred and the damaged parcels isn't extremely close to zero then you might want to consider another option.

Cost of Services

The cost of the same shipment from one courier delivery company to the next can vary quite a bit, some of the change in cost has to do with extra services that one courier will provide over the other and some is just one company charging too much for their service, before you make a decision you need to know the difference.

What exactly is included from each courier delivery company?

As with most products you buy and services you use, blindly picking based upon the cheapest price alone isn't always your best option, but you don't want to overpay for similar service if you don't have to.Choosing the best value for the best service will often get your parcel where it needs to be in one piece and on time, while saving you a bit of money over the major national companies, but it's not worth trying to save the money if you're putting your shipment at risk.

Insurance

With the major national delivery chains, you insure your parcel for what it's worth and if it gets lost or destroyed you can file a claim to get that money back.

You want this same type of guarantee from a courier delivery company.Even the best of companies will have an accident or unfortunate incident occur at times, if your parcel happens to be one of those accidents or unfortunate incidents then you want to make sure that you're covered.

All of the national chains do enough business and have deep enough pockets to afford even paying for the most costly lost or damaged parcel with no problem, some small, local, fly-by-night company may be struggling to make ends meet and could have skipped paying their liability this month to be able to keep their doors open - if there is any question as to whether or not some type of insurance will be covering your parcel - do not use that service, plain and simple.

There are a few other considerations that may come into play, for instance some courier services may work and make deliveries at all hours of the day or even on holidays if necessary, provided that you are willing to pay additional for that service. If you need unusual things transported, a courier delivery service may be your only option.Regardless of what you're shipping and where you're shipping it to you want to be sure to use a reliable service with a good reputation to ensure that the package that you are shipping actually makes it to it's destination in the same condition that it left your hands.

Where Does Health Insurance Come From?

We are all familiar with the concept of health insurance and most people have it in some form or another, but have you ever stopped to wonder how it all began? The idea of paying monthly or annual fees to cover the cost of our health issues seems to be a modern one, but the truth is that there is a long history behind it.

Centuries Old
The original idea of health insurance was brought into being by Hugh Chamberlen in 1694.
By the time the 1800`s rolled around, people were able to buy accident insurance, which worked to help those who were injured in an accident or who ended up disabled.

The very first health plans only offered compensation if the victim was injured due to an accident on a steamboat or train. While not terribly useful, since there were more injuries related to other circumstances at the time, it did prepare people for the more comprehensive types of plans that would be developed later on by insurance companies.

In 1847, the Massachusetts Health Insurance of Boston offered the very first group insurance policy with comprehensive benefits.By the 1890`s, insurance companies were starting to issue individual policies that covered everything from injuries and accidents to sickness and disease.

Health Insurance During the War
Group insurance plans as we know them today didn`t start until 1929 when a group of teachers decided to create their own plan.
They worked a deal with the Baylor Hospital in Dallas, Texas where they would pay a monthly fee in exchange for medical attention and recovery care whenever needed, for any member of the group.

The idea went over so well that it wasn`t long before Blue Cross health plans were designed. These were health plans that were negotiated specifically with the local hospitals or even specific doctors.Discounts were given to the plan holders and the entire process worked very well.

By the 1940`s, it was evident that more than these very basic types of health insurance was necessary. Some people couldn't afford the monthly fees, but were still in need of the protection afforded by having insurance. This is when employee health insurance became common.Employers would negotiate a deal for their workers and while you worked in a specific workplace, you were covered by their health plan.

During the Second World War, there was a wage freeze. No one was allowed to offer higher wages, which made it virtually impossible to lure the best worker to your company. With so many men away from the country fighting, getting the remaining workers available because a war in and of itself.Health benefits became the new lure and before the war ended in 1945, hundreds of businesses were offering comprehensive health packages in exchange for working for them.

Modern Times, Modern Plans
In the 50`s and 60`s, the government began to take an interest in health care and social security began to include disability insurance in 1954.
Medicare and Medicaid were both created in the mid-60`s and by the 90`s, most Americans were enrolled in a managed care health insurance program. While minor changes have been made in the years since then, the basic premise has remained intact.

Health insurance has come a long way since the days of steamboats and rail cars, but it`s even more important now with health care costs on the rise.Built on decades of practical application, modern health insurance allows people to enjoy proper health care and emergency care without having to worry about paying huge amounts of money to a hospital or doctor.

Organizational Tips For Your Home Office

If you are taking advantage of working from home via the Internet, you are one of a growing number of at home workers.Cutting out the time, stress, and expenses associated with a commute, having more flexible hours, and not needing to spend a lot of money on clothing to wear just for work are just a few of the amazing benefits of working from home. You also get to spend more time in the home you love and still pay the mortgage.

In order to maintain these benefits, you still have to work and make money. This means that you need self-discipline and a huge sense of responsibility. It's easier to be accountable when you are forced to get dressed and go to work on someone else's time. One way you can make working from home easier is to be organized.

One of the most important aspects of success when you operate your own business is organization.Businesses are often referred to as "organizations".There is a reason for this.Without organization, a business will not flourish.

One mistake so many make when setting up their home business has to do with their own office. When you don't create a home office that's neat, orderly and organized, you're creating a formula for failure.A disorganized home office allows for distractions and for a web based business these disturbances can easily, and quickly, spell disaster.

There are ways to keep a home office organized. Here are four of the more common tips to get you on track to a controlled and profitable work area.

1.Always keep your home office neat.Neatness influences performance, even when we are in private.Granted, some people's definition of "neat" is more uptight or strict than others. If you keep things in their place in your home office and keep it neat according to your standards, you will feel and act professional.Even if you do work in your pj's!

2.Keep your home office distinct.Ideally, you should use a spare bedroom or den or even the basement (as long as it doesn't resemble the Dungeon of Despair) for your office. If you don't have these spaces free for your use, working online makes it easy to create a make-shift office. You can set yourself up just about anywhere in your home.Even if you work on a laptop you should try to set up your daily workspace in the same place all the time.

Many people use their kitchen and if that works for you, great, but stop and think about how disorganized the kitchen table can get, do you really want that distraction. No matter where you set up shop, get it into your mind "this is my workspace" so that when you are there you are kick-started into work mode.

3.Have a nice desk or work table for your computer.Make it as nice as you can afford.Get a true sense of being professional and successful into your mind.Remember the old adage, "Dress for the job you want, not the one you have." This rings true for home offices too.If you want to make a six figure income, act like it.Allow your office to dress the part as much as your budget and space will allow.

4.Set your computer up for work first and foremost.Have your office software suite, folders of often-used notes or material, digital calendar, most frequented work-related website links, etc.all right there on your desktop.Clear off anything related to personal stuff or entertainment.Yes, this means your mp3 files that are used for your musical "fix" while you work.

Don't get rid of these things.Simply move them off your computer desktop.Remember, you are an organized professional so play the part and you can grab your music from the program list anytime you need it; just don't let it distract you the minute you sit down to work.

Looking and acting the part of a business owner is crucial for success. When you feel like a business owner, you'll start to act like one too.The first place to start making the transition is your home office. It's where you'll spend all your working time; therefore make it represent the type of business you want to operate.
